2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1. In the city I saw many gangs but Ballas is is know and one of the popular gang in the city.I have done my jobs in many organization but after that I became a criminal now after a long time experience in crime field I want lead a gang.
My Experiences :
UD in all Gangs
2.2. My Second reason of become Ballas leader is I was a member of Ballas almost 2 terms I love the color purple and I miss the hq and the purple dress.
2.3. I think I will do my best to bring the gang to better places with more effort. It doesn't matter it's a gang we will be like our family.We will enjoy every attending events and moment with my gang members.Communicate with them friendly and they feel in my gang we are a family.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1. No toxicity in my gang
2. Only Experienced player will get Higher rank new will get after gain experiences.
3.Interview will taken before recruiting someone
4.Attent All events properly
5. special mission will be held everyday.
6.Turfer will get bonuses
7. Do regular basis ghetto clapping

- 100% Turf
- End term without rule break
- Most Dangerous gang in ghetto
- Best Sprayer in ghetto
- Do more events to keep people active
