1.) I have a lot of experince in gangs. i've seen a lot and gained knowledge and experince. I have done a lot of leadership as a event leader in gang. I have been a temporary leader of bloods to in oher city which have gave me a hint of the leadership.
2.) I believe i have a great leadership. I have saw everything which is wrong and incorret which i have try to correct to. I believe in strenghs which is confidence which i have in my soul.
3.) The experice i got in the gangs on which i am confident so much that i am walking ahead to be a ballas Leader. I have goals which are to be completed without any mistakes.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1.)We ballas family will always be active in such events like ( store robbery, robbing in getto,hostage and many more cocalicular activites ).
2.) We will try to intreact with leos. To improve rp as a gang. without breaking any rules..
